Tom Ford, já tem planos para novo filme

Em entrevista ao jornal britânico Telegraph, Tom Ford afirma que já tem planos para realizar seu próximo filme – que, provavelmente, será uma comédia – e ainda assume que é um workaholic. “Eu tentei me aposentar mas quase tive um ataque de nervos , ficaria louco se só fizesse filmes e meu próximo filme está pronto para ser rodado. Mas mesmo se eu montasse o elenco agora, ainda seriam mais 18 meses até irmos para o set “, diz Ford. Em 2009, Tom dirigiu seu primeiro longa, “A Single Man”, que contava a história de um professor gay de literatura – interpretado por Colin Firth – que perde o parceiro num acidente de carro e fica à beira de cometer suicídio. O filme conta com tomadas belíssimas de coloração diferenciada e rendeu a Firth uma indicação ao Oscar de Melhor Ator.
